Information you need to know

We are looking forward to hosting you in the park. By making a booking or reservation, you agree to:

  • Be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • Agree to the payment, deposit, cancellation and refund policy of your booking.
  • Agree to the rules, behaviours and directions of staff for the duration of your stay.
  • Understand that the minimum stays apply during shoulder and peak seasons.


Check in 2pm – 6:00pm for Cabins and Sites Check out time is strictly 10:00am.

*Please contact reception should you require different times, e.g.; late check out.

  • Behaviour

    • Apex RiverBeach Holiday Park has “ZERO” tolerance for any offensive, physical or verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour towards other guests or our team. Your booking will be terminated immediately, and you will be asked to leave without a refund. Relevant authorities will be notified.
    • Unauthorised parties/functions are not permitted within the park. Parties / Functions can be organised in the camp kitchen at the discretion of management.
  • Quiet time starts at 10pm

    • Our park is a family friendly natural environment. At all times all guests have the right to a quiet and peaceful stay with us. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drunkenness, or bad language will not be tolerated, and inconsiderate guests may be immediately evicted from the park.
    • From 10pm all guests MUST refrain from playing music, loud talking, and any other noise that may disturb fellow guests
  • Use of CCTV

    For the safety and security of all guests, CCTV surveillance operates throughout the caravan park. Footage may be monitored and recorded to ensure compliance with park rules and to maintain a secure environment. By entering the park, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV usage as part of our security measures. We reserve the right to use these images for any security, legal or statutory reasons and pass these images onto law enforcement as required. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please contact park management.

  • Amenity Blocks

    • Amenity blocks are provided for the comfort and convenience of all guests. To ensure cleanliness and accessibility, please use them responsibly. Guests are expected to keep facilities tidy, dispose of waste properly, and report any maintenance issues to park management. 
    • Smoking/Vaping, excessive water usage, and any behaviour that may cause damage or disruption are strictly prohibited. Park management reserves the right to limit access or take action in case of misuse..
    • For everyone’s safe enjoyment we ask that children are supervised around amenity blocks.
    • If you notice the amenities are not to the usual levels of cleanliness, please notify Reception so we can attend to them promptly. 
  • Public Access

    • All guests & day visitors must report to reception on entry. We have a duty of care to supply paying guests with a premium experience. Guests are permitted to have visitors on site provided it doesn’t impact on the experience of other guests. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight, and management reserves the right to ask visitors to leave the park at any time.
    • Visitors are required to leave the park before 10pm
  • Social Media

    • The caravan park may feature on social media platforms for promotional and informational purposes. Guests may appear in photos or videos shared by the park, but efforts will be made to respect privacy. If you do not wish to be included, please inform park management. 
    • Unauthorized filming, photography, or posting content that may harm the reputation of the park or other guests is prohibited. Park management reserves the right to request removal of any content that violates these guidelines. By entering the park, guests acknowledge and consent to responsible social media use.
  • Parking

    • Each Cabin/Site is allocated one designated parking space. Additional vehicles must be parked in areas as directed by park management. Vehicles must not obstruct roadways, emergency access points, or other sites. The park is not responsible for any damage or theft involving parked vehicles. 
    • Guests must comply with all parking regulations, and failure to do so may result in penalties or removal from the premises.
    • Speed limit within the park is walking pace (8km/h) to ensure the safety of all guests, especially children.
  • Recreational Equipment Usage

    • For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the use of bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and other wheeled recreational devices is permitted only during daylight hours and must be confined to designated roadways and pathways. Riders must adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing helmets where required by law. 
    • Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children use these items safely and respectfully. Reckless riding, excessive speed, or disruptive behaviour may result in restrictions on usage. The park is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of recreational equipment.
  • Other:

    • Generators, axes and chainsaws are not permitted on park grounds. 
    • Any damage caused to the park facilities and common areas will incur a replacement charge. 
    • Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in any park facility or common areas. 
    • We reserve the right to refuse entry into Apex RiverBeach Holiday Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances. 
    • Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 
    • We will make every attempt to accommodate you in a specific cabin or site. From time to time, for operational reasons, we may need to relocate you to a comparable product.
    • Inflatable swimming pools are prohibited from the park. As per the law any pool needs to have a permanent pool fence around it at all times which meets all necessary requirements.
    • Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion
    • Discounts: Only one discount type is valid at any time if discounts are applicable
  • Catastrophic Fire Days

    It is our Park Policy to follow all instructions issued by the CFA in order to keep both guests and staff safe from fire at all times. Should a catastrophic fire day be declared the following will apply:


    • We will alert staff and customers as early as possible.
    • Advise customers to leave the night before or early on the day to visit a safer area, such as a shopping centre or the CBD. Advise them to keep monitoring warnings and return only when it is safe to do so.
    • No new bookings to be accepted for the Catastrophic period. New bookings to resume only once the period has ended.

    • Any arrivals due on a Catastrophic fire day have the option to cancel for the period of the catastrophic fire period with a refund for that specific period only or rebook for a future date

Payments and Deposit Policy

  • Payments

    • PAYMENT of the total outstanding tariff is due at the time of check in – no exceptions. 
    1. If arriving after 6pm the balance must be paid by contacting our office during office hours. 
    • REFUNDS will only be paid on the same Credit Card that was used for payments and deposits – no exceptions. 
  • Deposits

    OFF PEAK: Deposit of the first night’s tariff to be paid at the time of booking. Balance to be paid upon check-in.


    PEAK: Deposit of the first nights’ tariff to be paid at time of booking. Full payment of reservation to be settled 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Off Peak: Less than 7 days’ notice to cancel NO REFUND APPLIES. More than 7 days’ notice to cancel $20 cancellation fee applies. 


    Peak: Less than 30 days’ notice to cancel NO REFUND APPLIES. More than 30 days’ notice to cancel $20 cancellation fee applies.


Cancellation and Refunds Policy

  • Off Peak Period Cancellation

    Guests may cancel their booking with at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund (minus $20 cancellation fee). Less than 7 days’ notice to cancel NO REFUND APPLIES.

  • Peak Period Cancellation

    During peak periods (school holidays, long weekends, and special events), cancellations require at least 30 days' notice for a refund (minus $20 cancellation fee). Less than 30 days’ notice to cancel NO REFUND APPLIES.

  • Early Departures & No Shows

    Guests who leave early or fail to arrive without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit to future bookings.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances

    If cancellations are due to unforeseen emergencies (medical issues, extreme weather affecting travel, etc), the park may offer a credit which is valid for 12 months for a future stay at management’s discretion.

  • Changing Dates

    Guests may request a date change up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability and any applicable price differences (may incur a $20 cancellation fee and doesn’t apply during peak periods).

  • Non-refundable credits

    In the event of cancellation within your specified cancellation policy period, management may offer a partial non-refundable credit. Credit is valid for a period of 12 months from your original arrival date. Previous tariff, discount or promotions applied will not carry over to the new booking dates chosen.


    Any additional charges incurred after check in must be paid in full at the time of being incurred.

  • Sites

    • Drawbar must always face the road on all sites (Victorian Fire Safety regulations). 
    • Power leads must be 15 amp. Caution: 10 Amp cords are a significant fire and electrical risk both for campsite/caravan and the parks infrastructure. If damage is caused to the power infrastructure due to the incorrect or an unsafe cable or plug, we reserve the right to charge for the repair and replacement. 

    Site Allocation & Use:

    • Guests must only use the site assigned to them and may not extend beyond designated boundaries. Sites must be always kept clean and tidy.

    Set-Up & Structures:

    • Caravans, tents, and annexes must be securely positioned and comply with park safety regulations. Temporary structures (e.g., gazebos) must be approved by management before setup.

    Site Departure:

    • Guests must vacate their site by the designated check-out time and leave it in good condition. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
    • Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties or removal from the park.
  • Cabins

    • All keys to be returned on check out to reception or placed in the drop box in front of reception if departing after hours. 
    • All guests shall accept liability for themselves, their children, furniture and fittings in the accommodation – fair wear and tear accepted. 
    • If the Park Owner charges your card for damage or other loss you cause, it will promptly notify you of the amount so charged and provide details of the damage. If you dispute the damage or the amount charged, you may contact the Park Owner. The Park Owner will deal promptly with any dispute and if it reasonably considers that any amount should be refunded to you, will promptly credit that amount to your card.  
    • Parents and/or guardians must always supervise children in a cabin. 
    • Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted in Cabins. If you smoke in your cabin, we will charge you a fee of $500 for upholstery and cleaning.
    • Rooms or cabins left in an unsatisfactory state will incur a clean-up charge of $500.00. 
    • Apex RiverBeach Holiday Park shall not be responsible for personal injury, or be liable to compensate guests for loss, theft or damage of any vehicle or personal property on or brought into the premise. 
    • Apex RiverBeach Holiday Park suggests that guests securely lock their accommodation and motor vehicle when unoccupied.
    • A $25 replacement fee applies for lost cabin keys
    • Australian Standards state that children under nine years old should not sleep in top bunks. Please take this into consideration when making your booking

  • Pet Policy

    We welcome pets to our caravan park and aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. To ensure harmony, please follow these guidelines:


    1. Pet Approval & Registration:

    • Guests must register/inform staff their pets at the time of booking.
    • Management reserves the right to decline certain pets based on breed, size, or behaviour.

    2. Supervision & Control:

    • Pets must be always supervised and kept on a leash when outside.
    • Owners must ensure their pets do not disturb other guests with excessive noise or aggressive behaviour.
    • Pets should not be left unattended at any time. If you are going out, please take your pet with you or organise a pet sitter – speak to reception to help organise this. 

    3. Restricted Areas:

    • Pets are not permitted in park buildings, including amenities, playgrounds, and food preparation areas.

    4. Cleaning & Waste Disposal:

    • Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste in designated bins.
    • Additional cleaning fees may apply if pets cause excessive mess or damage.

    5. Pet-Friendly Accommodation:

    • Pets are allowed in all sites and designated pet-friendly cabins only.
    • Bedding and food must be provided by the owner.

    6. Liability & Responsibility:

    • Owners are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets.
    • The park is not liable for any incidents involving pets.
    • Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the park without refund.
    • Pet owners agree to indemnify Apex RiverBeach Holiday park and its employees against any liability, loss, or damage caused by their pets. 

  • Campfires

    Campfires are only permitted during fire season which is determined by the Victorian CFA. To ensure safety and environmental responsibility, campfires are permitted only in designated fire bins or pits. 


    Firepit Rentals & Firewood Sales:

    • Firepits are available for rent at $5 per stay—please inquire at reception for availability.
    • Bags of firewood can be purchased for $20 at reception or from designated locations within the park.

    Fire Safety & Supervision:

    • Fires must be always attended by a responsible adult.
    • Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site or retiring for the night.
    • No fires are permitted on total fire ban days or during extreme weather conditions.

    Firewood & Fuel Restrictions:

    • Only dry, untreated firewood may be used—no burning of rubbish, plastics, or chemically treated wood.
    • Firewood must be contained within the fire bin/pit (no overhanging logs).

    Smoke & Consideration for Others:

    • Guests must ensure fires do not produce excessive smoke that may disturb others.
    • Be mindful of wind direction and neighbouring sites when lighting a fire.

    Ash Disposal:

    • Ashes must be left in the fire bin/pit or disposed of in designated areas—do not place ashes in general waste bins.
    • If you require the ash to be emptied please ask reception
    • No Ash to be left on sites on departure - $100 fine

    If you use your own fire pit – it is your responsibility to dispose of the ash. 


    Failure to comply with these rules may result in fire privileges being revoked or removal from the park.


  • Lost Property Policy

    We understand that items may occasionally be misplaced during your stay. To assist guests, we have the following lost property procedures:


    1. Reporting Lost Items:

    • Guests should report lost items to reception as soon as possible. Staff will log all reported lost items and make reasonable efforts to locate them.

    2. Found Items:

    • Any found items will be held at reception for up to 30 days. Valuables (e.g., wallets, phones, jewellery) may be stored securely and require proof of ownership for collection.

    3. Collection & Disposal:

    • Guests must collect lost items in person or arrange postage at their own expense.
    • Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated, disposed of, or repurposed at management’s discretion. 
    • Any perishables or toiletries that are found in accommodation open/used will be discarded immediately.

    4. Liability:

    • Apex RiverBeach Holiday Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
    • Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and check their site/cabin before departure.
  • Privacy & Data Policy

    Our data retention policy:

    • We do not and will not sell your personal data to third parties. 
    • Information we have during your stay:
    • Name
    • Phone Number & Email Address 
    • Address
    • Vehicle Registration
    • Your KUI Parks Membership number
    • Your bookings relevant details (accommodation, dates, tariff, related booking information including notes we make about your booking).

    We utilise booking data and computed demographic information for our own analysis, but all data for analysis is anonymised. 

  • EV Charging

    • As park is flood prone we have not installed EV Charging stations.
    • Please charge your EV at the relevant charging stations in Mildura
    • Do not charge off the back of a Cabin as they are 10 amp only.
